❓ What happens if I miss a session?
No problem! If you give advance notice, you can reschedule within the same month, based on availability. Sessions don’t roll over into the next month.

❓ Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes. You can cancel recurring monthly payments whenever you choose. Your membership will simply end at the close of your current billing cycle.

❓ Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Absolutely. If you’d like to move from 4 to 8 sessions (or vice versa), you can adjust your plan at the start of your next billing month.

❓ How do payments work?
Payments are charged automatically each month through our secure MemberSpace system. You’ll receive receipts and have access to your account settings at all times.

❓ Are spots limited?
Yes. Each membership level has a limited number of slots available to ensure personalized attention. Once a membership type is full, you may join the waitlist.

❓ What’s the difference between Personal Training and RN Oversight memberships?

  • Personal Training Memberships focus purely on fitness and performance.

  • RN Oversight Memberships combine training with licensed nurse supervision, health monitoring, and prevention-focused care.
