Most people navigate their health completely alone — leaving appointments confused, managing conditions without real guidance, and making important decisions without someone in their corner. Mobile Health Nurse exists to change that.
The American healthcare system is built for volume. Physicians are rushed, appointment windows are short, and the language used is clinical — not conversational. Most people leave their appointments with more questions than answers.
This isn't about blaming the system or the people in it. It's about acknowledging what the system cannot do — and filling that gap with something real.
Insurance-based care isn't designed around your needs. It's designed around what's billable, what's covered, and what can be done in the least amount of time. Private pay removes all of that.
No referrals. No prior authorizations. No waiting rooms. You call, we talk, and we figure out together what you need.
I'm Gretchen Hess — a registered nurse, ACE-certified personal trainer, and competitive triathlete. I spent years working in ICU environments, including through the COVID-19 pandemic, watching patients and families navigate their most vulnerable moments with almost no support outside the clinical walls.
I watched people leave the hospital confused. I watched families make decisions without understanding the options. I watched conditions worsen because nobody caught the early signs. I started Mobile Health Nurse because I know exactly what people need.
I also live the active aging lifestyle my clients aspire to. I'm 54, take zero medications, and am currently training for a triathlon. I don't just know what healthy looks like on paper — I know what it takes to build and maintain it at every stage of life.
I built this practice for the person who knows they deserve more — more time, more attention, more clarity, more support. If that's you, I'd love to talk.
Start with a call. Tell me what's going on and I'll tell you honestly how I can help.
