A comprehensive in-home health assessment: vitals, medications, labs, nutrition, movement, and your goals. You leave with a written summary in plain language. Your baseline on paper, the day we meet. No ongoing commitment required.

The Health Clarity Visit stands completely on its own. Whether or not you continue with me afterward, you'll leave with a clear picture of where your health stands and what to do next.

An ICU-trained nurse with you in the doctor's office, hospital room, or before a procedure. Your care, or your loved one's care, improves when the doctor knows a nurse advocate is part of the care plan.
Most patients leave appointments confused, having nodded along to clinical language they didn't fully understand. I make sure that doesn't happen to you. I prepare you beforehand, translate in real time, and debrief you after so nothing gets lost.
Personal training is available as part of every Health Partnership visit. It's built into the service, not an add-on.
