Most patients leave appointments confused, having nodded along to clinical language they didn't fully understand. I make sure that doesn't happen to you. I prepare you beforehand, translate in real time, and debrief you after so nothing gets lost.
Private, one-on-one personal training from a registered nurse and ACE-certified trainer. I bring both worlds to every session — the clinical eye of an ICU nurse and the programming knowledge of a certified trainer. I notice what other trainers don't: pain patterns, compensation habits, how your medications affect your performance and recovery.
