What I know from years in the ICU.

I've spent years as an ICU nurse watching patients and families navigate some of the hardest moments of their lives. And I can tell you from experience — having someone who knows the system sitting next to you changes everything.

Not because doctors are bad. Most are excellent. But a busy physician moves fast, uses clinical language, and has twelve more patients waiting. Important things get missed — not out of negligence, but out of pace. When a nurse is in the room, the conversation slows down. Questions get asked. Answers get clarified.

Your care — or your loved one's care — improves when the doctor knows a nurse advocate is part of the care plan.

Most patients and families are non-medical. They nod along, leave confused, and make decisions without ever feeling truly informed. That's not a failure of intelligence — it's a failure of the system.

Primary care, specialist consultations, follow-ups, second opinions. I prepare you beforehand and debrief you after so nothing gets lost in translation.

Hospital Room

Admissions, unexpected stays, post-surgical recovery. When the stakes are highest and the language is most clinical, you need someone fluent in both worlds.

Procedures & Surgery

Pre-procedure preparation, questions answered before you go in, and a familiar face on the other side. You shouldn't have to navigate that alone.

No hidden fees. Billed at time of service.

First two hours — minimum engagement
$50 for each additional 30 minutes

Travel time within West Valley is included. Distance outside Goodyear, Litchfield Park, and Avondale may incur an additional travel fee — ask when you call.
